Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Specialist IV to join our Central Clearance Section at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (LLNL). As a member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective clearance and access processes for employees, subcontractors, classified visitors, and guests. The successful candidate will have advanced experience in administration, including accurate typing, editing, grammar, and proofreading skills with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Key responsibilities include receiving and screening clearance and/or access-related forms, performing data entry, tracking and monitoring processing of forms, representing management to gather, clarify, and disseminate information, and coordinating activities. The ideal candidate will also possess excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills necessary to interact tactfully and effectively with a diverse group of personalities and disciplines, maintaining productive work relationships.
