Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Advanced scientific degree (e.g., Ph.D. or equivalent) and/or 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology sales, MSL, HCP, or nursing roles.
- Proven ability to communicate complex scientific data accurately and convincingly to help physicians best serve their patients.
- Strong credibility-building skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a track record of driving business results.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop targeted strategies to engage with customers.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, software, and digital communication channels to stay connected with customers and colleagues.
