Dishroom Attendant

Job Summary:

As a Dishroom Attendant at Red Lobster, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment in the kitchen. This includes cleaning and sanitizing all dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils. You will also be responsible for operating the dishwasher and other equipment safely and correctly. Additionally, you will be expected to empty all trash in the kitchen and other areas, and support the Cooks with prep work and preparation of Signature Cheddar Bay biscuits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize all dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils
• Operate the dishwasher and other equipment safely and correctly
• Empty all trash in the kitchen and other areas
• Support the Cooks with prep work and preparation of Signature Cheddar Bay biscuits
