**Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification Seeks Experienced Painter**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced painter to join our Reconstruction Division. As a staff painter, you will be responsible for all aspects of priming, sealing, and painting residential and commercial properties.

Key responsibilities include:

• Applying high-quality finishes to various surfaces.
• Working closely with our reconstruction team to ensure properties are restored to their pre-loss conditions.

Candidates for the position must have their own vehicle and be equipped with their own painting tools. We offer a commission-based pay structure that rewards efficiency and productivity.

**Estimated Salary:** $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on performance.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a painter in residential and commercial settings, strong knowledge of painting techniques, finishes, and materials, and excellent attention to detail.
