Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Hospitality Specialist to provide exceptional customer experiences at Red's Bar & Grill.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet guests and seat them in the dining area, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Provide menus and ensure accurate wait times for incoming guests.
  • Coordinate table assignments with servers, maintaining an efficient rotation.
  • Inform guests of current promotions and staff details for a seamless handoff.
  • Manage guest flow into the dining and bar areas, addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Handle phone calls and take to-go orders as needed.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in restaurant hosting or serving is preferred.
  • A friendly and customer-focused personality is essential.
  • Clear communication skills are necessary for articulating greetings and farewells, as well as understanding guest requests.
  • Effective communication with servers, managers, and other staff members is crucial.
  • Ability to carry trays or supplies (10-30 lbs) is required.
Benefits and Salary Information
