Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement engaging programs, activities, and events that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents.
  • Promote a culture of inclusivity and respect, fostering a sense of community among our residents and staff.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative solutions that enhance the overall resident experience.
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making data-driven decisions to drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to inform program development and implementation.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., gerontology, recreation therapy, or a related field).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents, families, and staff.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
