Strategic IT Business Development Leader

Arrow Electronics, Inc. is seeking an experienced Strategic IT Business Development Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and development through strategic partnerships and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion into new markets.
- BUILD and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and vendors to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement go-to-market plans that align with company goals and objectives.
- Provide market intelligence and insights to inform business decisions and drive strategic planning.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and make data-driven decisions.
- 12+ years of experience in IT business development, sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding into new markets.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Ability to travel at least 35% of the time.
- A competitive salary range of $172,800 - $211,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
