About the Role

Arrow Electronics, Inc. is seeking an experienced Strategic IT Business Development Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and development through strategic partnerships and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion into new markets.
  • BUILD and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and vendors to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement go-to-market plans that align with company goals and objectives.
  • Provide market intelligence and insights to inform business decisions and drive strategic planning.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and make data-driven decisions.
Requirements
  • 12+ years of experience in IT business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding into new markets.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Ability to travel at least 35% of the time.
