The Executive Municipal Leader serves as the chief administrative officer of the city, providing leadership to the municipal staff and collaborating with the city council to establish overall goals and objectives for local government.
This position oversees city operations, ensures financial oversight, supervises all city staff and consultants, and manages all functions directly or indirectly through department heads.
The Administrator is responsible for executing statutory duties of Clerk and Treasurer and delivering quality service to citizens in compliance with legislative, judicial, and administrative obligations.
Responsibilities:- Lead the municipal staff and provide strategic guidance
- Collaborate with the city council to define and achieve overall goals
- Oversee city operations and ensure efficient management
- Supervise all city staff and consultants
- Manage financial resources and ensure fiscal responsibility
A bachelor's degree in Public Administration or a related field, combined with a minimum of five years of experience in municipal government administration, is required. A master's degree in Public Administration, Finance, or Business is desired.
Compensation:The estimated salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $120,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
