We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at North Okaloosa Medical Center.

About the Job

In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality patient care by evaluating assigned patients, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and documenting all nursing activities. You will work closely with physicians during examinations and procedures, administering medications as needed and performing various tests within your scope of practice. Additionally, you will promote patient independence by establishing goals and teaching patients and their families about self-care skills.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid Florida RN license
  • An Associate's Degree in Nursing, Bachelor's preferred
  • BLS certification through ARC or AHA
  • 0-2 years' experience as a Registered Nurse, although not required
