We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Infectious Disease Physician to join our team of wound care experts at National Wound Physician Group. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented group of healthcare professionals who share your passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that offers a unique blend of clinical autonomy, flexibility, and work-life balance. As a Wound Care Physician, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients, providing bedside wound care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality wound care to patients in a variety of settings, including skilled nursing facilities and long-term acute care hospitals.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility, providing expert guidance and support to nursing staff and other healthcare professionals.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest wound care modalities and technologies.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state you wish to practice.
  • Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week.
