We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN/LPN Unit Manager to join our team at Autumn Care of Statesville. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for assessing resident needs, developing individualized care plans, and supervising nursing assistants and other personnel in the delivery of high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess resident needs and develop individualized care plans
- Administer nursing care and evaluate its effectiveness
- Supervise nursing assistants and other personnel in the delivery of care
- Follow health, sanitary, and infection control policies and maintain established standards of practice
Requirements:
- Current, unencumbered license to practice as a LPN or RN within the state
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to communicate in English and follow verbal and written instructions
- Good interpersonal skills and attention to detail
