Lead Teller

At Heritage Financial Credit Union, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Teller to join our team. As a Lead Teller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, processing transactions, and promoting credit union products and services.

• Provide outstanding member service by accurately processing transactions and actively promoting products and services.
• Assist members with deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other financial transactions.
• Act as a relationship manager to our members to help discover and identify their financial needs and refer products and services that can help them reach their goals.
• Take pride in your branch, ensuring that your work station is clean, stocked, and ready for any member interaction.
• Rotate Saturday coverage as needed.

• High School Diploma or GED plus two years customer service and cashier experience.
• Notary designation or ability to attain within 6 months.
• Experience using PC-based software, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to project a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Competitive salary range: $17.81 - $22.26 per hour, depending on experience.
