Job Title: Project Scheduler

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Scheduler to join our team at KBR. As a Project Scheduler, you will be responsible for developing and providing schedules for all projects being planned and performed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P3 or P6 and Microsoft Projects software.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure schedules align with client forecasted master schedules.
  • Analyze production specifications and construction data to determine material, tool, and human resource requirements.
  • Plan and develop workflow for each craft and operation.
  • Prepare production reports and perform other work-related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of multiple projects scheduling software, including Primavera P3 or P6 and Microsoft Projects.
  • Ability to interact with all project stakeholders effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and be able to obtain a driver's license in the country of origin.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of SharePoint and NAVFAC Maximo.
  • Experience with planning and managing multiple construction projects to meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of construction projects, resource loading, and staffing.
Education:

A high school diploma is required; an Associate or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or equivalent is highly desired.
