Homecare Delivery Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Homecare Delivery Specialist to join our team at KPH Healthcare Services, Inc.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong customer service abilities, and a valid driver's license. As a Homecare Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering and picking up medical equipment from patients' homes, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.

• Deliver and pick up medical equipment from patients' homes in a safe and timely manner.
• Communicate effectively with patients, family members, and healthcare professionals to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups, including patient information and equipment details.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to homecare delivery services.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in a related field preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.
