Key Responsibilities:
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, generating new sales opportunities, and collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver projects effectively. Essential Skills:

• Proficiency in CRM software and ability to learn new technologies quickly

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree and/or 0 to 18 months of experience in technology sales or staffing
• Active member of the IT community, networking groups a plus
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
• Strong work ethic with a focus on delivering high-quality results

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for generating sales, increasing revenue, and profitability. This position will establish and develop client relationships as well as work with one or more recruiters to fulfill open job orders. The position will collaborate with business stakeholders, business leaders, and subject matter experts to plan and deliver projects effectively and timely.

  • Establish and maintain target list and develop client relationships.
  • Conduct prospecting activities, including phone calls, email, social media, in-person meetings, and other methods.
  • Generate new job orders weekly in line with performance objectives.
  • Manage new and open job orders from intake to fulfillment.
  • Utilize Bullhorn to log all activity, notes, and information vital to managing and growing a book of business.
  • Collaborate with teammates to cross-sell and/or fulfill open positions across other lines of business and/or national practices as appropriate.
