About the Role

Staffing Proxy is seeking a patient-focused Audiologist to provide high-quality audiological services to our diverse patient population in Los Angeles, CA.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations and diagnostics.
  • Fitting, programming, and maintaining hearing aids for patients.
  • Performing Distortion Product Otoacoustic Emissions (DPOAEs), Auditory Evoked Potentials (AEP), and Otoacoustic Emissions (OAE) tests.
  • Vestibular testing, including VNGs, O-Vemp, and C-Vemp.
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Participating in community outreach and education programs to promote hearing health.
Requirements
  • Doctorate in Audiology (Au.D).
  • Licensed to practice audiology in the state of California.
  • Experience conducting a wide range of auditory tests and diagnostics.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of Spanish to communicate with a diverse patient population.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
