Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Plumbing Project Manager to oversee and manage plumbing projects for Quality Service Company, LLC in Florence SC.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing project management, infield experience as a foreman running work, deep knowledge of plumbing code, and exceptional leadership skills.

This is not a desk jockey position and requires consistent infield check ins, assistance with layouts and coordination.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive project plans from start to finish of each job.
  • Manage and negotiate change orders.
  • Submittals and Close outs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Qualifications:

  • Commercial Plumbing field experience required. (10 years minimum)
  • Proven experience in plumbing project management (preferred).
  • Good computer skills including experience with project management software, Word, Excel, Etc.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve project objectives.
