We're seeking a skilled Polisher/Jeweler to join our team at Brilliant Earth, a leading e-commerce jeweler dedicated to transparency, sustainability, and compassion. As a key member of our Operations team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional quality and craftsmanship to our customers.

• Execute precise polishing and setting processes for complex precious-metal jewelry pieces with diamonds and gemstones.
• Ensure products meet our high-quality standards through rigorous quality assurance practices.
• Meet daily processing timelines and quotas while maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide updates on status, issues, and concerns.
• Adhere to product security and safety protocols and procedures.

• 1+ years' experience and training as a bench jeweler.
• Deep knowledge of jewelry materials, including gemstones, diamonds, and precious metals.
• Highly organized with a focus on execution and strong attention to detail.
• Exceptional time management skills and accountability.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively, in-person and virtually.
• B1 level English Proficiency (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages).
