Bartender - Mixology Expert

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Marriott International Inc. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.

• Prepare and serve beverages to guests according to company standards and recipes.
• Manage the bar area, including setting up and maintaining cleanliness and condition of the bar, bar unit, tables, and other tools.
• Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Process all payment methods and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
• Count bank at end of shift, complete designated cashier reports, and resolve any discrepancies.
• Secure liquors, beers, wines, coolers, cabinets, and storage areas.
• Complete closing duties, including cleaning and resetting the bar area.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of related work experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service.
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.

• Previous experience in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant environment.
• Knowledge of mixology and beverage service standards.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
