In this role, you will be responsible for driving membership sales and retention efforts at YWCA Minneapolis. You will interact with guests, prospects, and members on a daily basis, providing exceptional customer service and promoting our mission and programs.
This position requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team setting. You must be able to manage conflict and provide solutions in potentially stressful situations.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of successful sales experience and possess excellent customer service skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is also required.
In exchange for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $17.50 per hour. This is a part-time position that requires 25-30 hours of work per week.
