Job Description

As a Teller at PNC, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and accurately performing high-volume customer banking transactions. You will also educate customers on new technology and develop banking product referral opportunities through strong customer relationship skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and creating loyalty
  • Process a variety of customer interactions
  • Educate customers on alternatives available for their financial interactions
  • Identify banking opportunities during the customer interaction and refer as appropriate
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of banking software
