Exciting Job Opportunity Alert: Service & Tech Manager Needed
We're on the lookout for a Service and Technical Manager to join our dynamic team and lead the charge in delivering top-notch technical support and training to our dealer network and end-users.
Responsibilities:
Technical Marvel:- Be the go-to guru for mechanical technical support, whether it's through emails, calls, or face-to-face interactions.
- Lead hands-on and classroom training sessions to empower our dealers and end-users with the skills to tackle any challenge.
- Keep everyone in the loop with mechanical technical Bulletin campaigns and contribute your expertise to product development and performance enhancements.
- Ensure our dealers are up to snuff with standards and guidelines, and process warranty claims with finesse.
- Champion fairness by arbitrating warranty-related matters for both dealers and end-users.
- Play a pivotal role in introducing new products to our dealers through installations and training sessions.
- Get out there and strut our stuff at product demos and trade shows.
- Keep the momentum going with follow-up calls and top-notch customer service.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent, with a knack for hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and water systems.
- College or Technical School background? Even better
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in equipment maintenance and repair.
- ASE Certifications? You're our hero
- A pro at customer service with at least 4 years of experience.
- Microsoft Office wizardry? Check
- Previous experience in warranty administration? You're hired
- Hold a Class B CDL Driver License? Fantastic
- Public speaking doesn't scare you one bit.
- Ready to jet set across North America and beyond? Pack your bags
Working conditions:
- Get ready to hit the road, as extensive travel (about 35%) is part of the gig.
- Rain or shine, you'll be out there making it happen.
- Little heavy lifting and occasional acrobatics (okay, maybe not acrobatics, but climbing in and out of truck cabs and working at heights) are all in a day's work.
