Responsibilities:
  • Ensure accuracy of hotel guest account information through general bookkeeping and record-keeping practices.
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping to prepare guest rooms and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
  • Manage room bookings, answer inquiries, and provide information about available rooms and hotel amenities.
  • Welcome, check-in, and check-out guests, distribute keys, and record credit card information.
Qualifications:
  • 1 year of experience in hospitality or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reservation systems is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Strong communication, time management, and customer service skills are essential.
