About the Role

">

We are seeking an Associate Dentist to join our growing team of dental professionals. As an Associate Dentist at Pippin Dental & Braces, you will be responsible for providing dental services to patients with the support of your team.

 

Key Responsibilities:

">
  • Provide high-quality dental care to patients, particularly focusing on children and families in underserved communities
  • Work collaboratively with a dedicated team to ensure excellent patient experiences and promote a positive company image
  • Participate in morning huddles, plan your day, and let your team know how much you appreciate them
  • Highlight great examples of customer focus, collaboration, meeting goals, etc.
  • Love working with kids (they make up 70% or more of our patient base)

We offer a competitive salary in excess of $200,000 with uncapped earning potential, as well as a range of benefits, including:

  • A guaranteed base pay in excess of $200,000

Requirements

">

To be considered for this role, you must have:

">
  • A DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
  • A current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
  • Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
  • Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
  • Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults

 

Salary Range

The estimated salary for this position is in excess of $200,000, with uncapped earning potential. This amount may vary based on location and other factors.
