Job Title: Clinical Education Manager

VNS Health is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Education Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing clinical education programs that foster high-quality care and promote evidence-based practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver program-specific clinical education programs to ensure staff have the necessary knowledge and competencies to meet program contractual and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with education staff across the enterprise to develop an annual training calendar and ensure a coordinated approach to ongoing programs.
  • Ensure clinical education programs align with the CMS Triple Aim framework and address patient-centered needs.
  • Manage the implementation of clinical staff development programs, including orientation, in-services, training, and other learning activities.
  • Monitor and evaluate program-specific educational program outcomes and make recommendations for change and/or new programs as appropriate.
Requirements:
  • Current license and registration to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum four years' experience in a community-based or long-term home health setting, including at least two years with a primary focus on education and training.
  • Knowledge of healthcare delivery systems, patient care, care coordination, case management, and clinical processes.
