As a Hospice Licensed Practical Nurse / LPN with Compassus, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in patients' lives by:

  • Providing direct skilled nursing services according to individualized care plans under the guidance of RN Case Managers
  • Fostering trust and compassion through relationships with patients and their families
  • Educating caregivers on effective patient care strategies
  • Collaborating with the care team to ensure comfort, peace, and dignity for patients

To excel in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

  • Licensed LVN/LPN (Required)
