Sport Store Leader

Dunham's Sports, a leading sporting goods chain in the US, is seeking an experienced leader to manage one of our 240+ stores across 20 Midwest states.

We're a family-owned business with over 85 years of experience providing top-notch products and services to sports enthusiasts. Our mission is to deliver exceptional customer experiences and support local communities.

• Lead a team of sales associates and provide guidance on customer service and product knowledge.
• Manage store operations, including inventory, merchandising, and administrative tasks.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• At least 2 years of retail management experience, preferably in the sporting goods industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to drive sales growth and improve store performance.
