Job Responsibilities:

The Chief Admissions Officer will oversee the continuous recruitment, admission, and enrollment processes for students. This role involves planning, coordinating, and executing all application procedures, including online applications and communication strategies. The Director will provide guidance on the enrollment process, testing, career options, financial aid, academic programs, and institutional policies to prospective students, applicants, parents, and the public.
  • Collaborates with technical staff to enhance admissions and recruitment systems.
  • Aligns recruitment operations with the strategic goals of increasing enrollment and retention.
  • Manages admissions functions efficiently, catering to diverse stakeholder needs.
  • Implements systems for timely and effective application reviews and decisions.
  • Ensures recruitment communications align with institutional objectives and respond to program-specific needs.
  • Maintains systems for tracking potential applicants from various data sources.
  • Facilitates engagement between degree programs and CRM resources.
  • Ensures timely and accurate communications through the CRM system.
  • Encourages faculty involvement in recruitment initiatives.
  • Coordinates onboarding communication plans for new students.
  • Aligns activities with other departments to prepare new students for campus integration.
Minimum and Additional Requirements:

Bachelor's degree and experience in student services programs.
Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in Student Services, Guidance, or Counseling is preferred. Experience with CRM systems and at least one year in admissions and recruitment management is desirable.
Additional Comments:

This position may require evening and weekend work, as well as travel for recruitment purposes.
