Anesthesia Technician

This Anesthesia Tech position is available at Frye Regional Medical Center, a 355-bed acute care hospital in North Carolina. As an Anesthesia Tech, you will provide direct assistance to physicians during surgical procedures.

• Position patients for optimal exposure during surgical procedures, using stabilizing equipment when necessary to maximize patient comfort and safety.
• Provide visualization of the operative site using appropriate methods, including tissue manipulation, retraction, sponging, suctioning, and irrigation.
• Utilize techniques to achieve temporary and permanent hemostasis.
• Assist with body plane closure, application of wound dressings, and securing of drainage systems.
