Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Account Security Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations for assigned client sites. As a key member of our management team, you will supervise a team of security officers, site supervisors, and shift managers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality security services that protect people and property.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage a team of security personnel to ensure exceptional service delivery and adherence to company standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and employees through effective communication, coaching, and development opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with contract requirements, laws, and regulations by managing payroll, scheduling, and training programs.
  • Provide emergency response support as needed and maintain a valid site-specific Operations Manual (OPM) and post orders for reference by security staff.
  • Manage uniforms, equipment, supplies, and vehicles used at client sites, maintaining accurate inventories and maintenance checklists.
  • Capably utilize WinTeam for scheduling and billing, producing reports for effective business management.
Qualifications
  • Four-year degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Previous experience in Contract Security, facilities management, military, or law enforcement, with at least two years of business management/operations/supervisory experience.
  • Ability to develop and grow customer relationships, hire, develop, motivate, and retain quality staff, and manage multiple priorities, complex situations, and diverse teams.
