About the Job:

Autism Support Professional wanted for a dynamic organization providing ABA therapy and diagnostic services to individuals with autism. Our team is dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of our clients and their families.

Responsibilities:

  • Support individuals with autism in various settings, including homes and community environments.
  • Teach daily living skills and social skills using evidence-based treatments.
  • Collect and analyze data during sessions to inform treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with BCBAs and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Implement training and therapy sessions designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Availability during after-school hours, weekends, and holidays.
  • Consistent, reliable transportation and a driver's license to provide in-home services for clients.
  • Ability to maintain a clean background and driving record.
  • Completion of our 40-hour RBT training course and eligibility to pass the RBT exam within 45 days of hire.
