Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position in Denver is $160,000 - $210,000 USD annually. Additionally, full-time employees receive a competitive benefits package, including a stake in the company's shared success through stock options, health benefits, 401(k) plan, and generous PTO.

Job Description

Pediatric Behavioral Health Product Marketing Director: This high-impact role requires a strategic visionary who thrives in ambiguity and can build a product marketing function from the ground up. As the Head of Product Marketing, you will be instrumental in shaping Frontera Health's market presence and driving product adoption.

Responsibilities:
  • Define and Execute Product Marketing Strategy: Develop a comprehensive product marketing roadmap aligned with Frontera Health's overall business objectives.
  • Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Identify market opportunities, understand customer needs, and assess the competitive landscape in the early intervention and developmental disorders space.
  • Craft Compelling Product Positioning: Develop clear and compelling messaging that resonates with target audiences, including parents, caregivers, healthcare providers, and payers.
  • Go-to-Market Planning: Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches and expansions.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Partner closely with product management, sales, clinical teams, and marketing to ensure alignment and achieve product goals.
  • Performance Metrics and Optimization: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track product performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, develop, and mentor a high-performing product marketing team to support the company's growth.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven Track Record: A proven track record in building and scaling product marketing functions from the ground up.
  • Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of the healthcare industry, with a preference for experience in pediatrics, early intervention, or behavioral health.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to inform decision-making.
