Clinical Claims Processor

At STONEBRIDGE INDEPENDENT COUNSELING CENTER, we are seeking a skilled Clinical Claims Processor to join our team.

This is a full-time opportunity that offers a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. As a Clinical Claims Processor, you will be responsible for assisting clients with processing insurance claims through private insurance and Medicaid/Medicare, as well as working closely with doctors' offices and pharmacies to obtain information and billing details.

• Process and note all necessary forms from insurance companies in a timely and accurate manner
• Enter all billing and payment information into the system properly and without errors
• Follow up with clients and payments as needed
• Answer phones, assist clients with questions, take messages, and screen calls
• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality at all times

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing exceptional support to clients
• Previous experience with medical coding or billing is desired, but not required
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy when processing claims and entering data
