About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our fuel station team at Walmart. As a fuel station associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our fueling facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, greeting customers with a smile and answering their questions in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Help customers find the products they need, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, restocking shelves and ensuring compliance with all regulations.
  • Work independently and take initiative to meet the needs of our customers and the store.
What We Offer

As a fuel station associate at Walmart, you will enjoy a competitive hourly wage, ranging from $14.00 to $26.00, depending on location and experience. You will also be eligible for annual or quarterly performance incentives and additional compensation in the form of premiums, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, vision, and dental coverage, as well as 401(k), stock purchase, and company-paid life insurance. You will also receive paid time off, including parental leave, family care leave, bereavement, jury duty, and voting leave.
