Job Title: Epic Implementation Specialist

Global Force USA is seeking an experienced Epic Implementation Specialist to join our team. As an Epic Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing workflows and understanding policies, procedures, and constraints in various clinical areas. Your primary goal will be to perform in-depth investigations and documentation of clinical operational specifications and application functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze workflows and understand policies, procedures, and constraints in various clinical areas.
  • Perform in-depth investigations and documentation of clinical operational specifications and application functionality.
  • Participate in the application build, test, and support.

Requirements:

  • Equivalent to a Bachelor's Degree in computer science, information systems, healthcare informatics, or a closely related field.
  • Current active certification in specific EPIC product(s) or the ability to obtain certification within one (1) year of hire.
  • Three (3) years of experience in a clinical area impacted by the Epic implementation and two (2) years of which are in Epic application build, test, and support.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Epic certified in various areas, including Epic Care Inpatient Clinical Documentation, EpicCare Inpatient Procedures Orders, Willow Ambulatory and/or Inpatient, Epic Care Ambulatory, Anesthesia, and Beaker.
  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science, information systems, healthcare informatics, or a closely related field, or a valid Nevada Registered Nurse license.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Clinical workflows to achieve strategic outcomes for the implementation.
  • Healthcare information systems.
  • Processes and workflows in clinical settings.
  • Principles and practices of public administration.
  • Administrative principles and practices.
