About the Role
Kadlec Regional Medical Center is seeking a skilled Nurse to join our Clinical Decision Unit team. As a Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, assessing and addressing the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Monitor and report patient progress, making adjustments to care plans as needed
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
Requirements
- Graduated from an accredited nursing program
- Washington Registered Nurse License required upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification required upon hire
