Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Medix. As a key member of our Hospital Food Service Department, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals for our patients and retail customers.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a variety of meals, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner options

Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations

Collaborate with our dietary team to ensure that all meals meet the dietary needs of our patients and customers

Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities

Requirements:

2 years of experience as a Line Cook in a busy restaurant or catering environment

WA Food handlers card

Ability to work variable shifts, including mornings and afternoons, with start times between 5a-12p
