Job Description

The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee the maintenance activities at our residential properties, ensuring that our buildings are well-maintained and that our residents receive excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership: Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure they are meeting performance expectations.
  • Maintenance: Oversee the day-to-day maintenance activities, including routine maintenance, repairs, and capital projects.
  • Safety: Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure the well-being of our staff and residents.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in maintenance or facilities management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, proficiency in basic computer applications.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
