Job Overview

We are seeking top-notch nurses to service our Westchester and Rockland clients. We have private-duty one-on-one care cases available as well as facility based care cases.

Responsibilities
  • Assess needs of clients to develop a plan of care
  • Consult with management on complex/unique cases
  • Provide a plan of care with support of multidisciplinary members
  • Monitor/Assess patients' condition, effects of the care plan
  • Oversee/supervise the care provided to the patient by Licensed Practical Nurses and Paraprofessionals
Requirements
  • NYS RN licensure
  • BLS certification
  • Minimum of One (1) year demonstrated experience as an RN
  • Ability to put patients at ease and explain physician's instructions
  • Ability to multi-task with excellent organization skills
  • Experience working directly with people from diverse racial, ethnic and socioeconomic backgrounds
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
  • Team player and ability to work independently
  • Valid driver's license or NYS Non-Driver photo ID card, required
