ER Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled ER Nurse to join our team at Bailey Medical Center in Owasso, OK. This is an excellent opportunity for nurses who enjoy the fast-paced environment of emergency care and want to make a difference in people's lives.

The ER Nurse will assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document care activities in accordance with BMC standards to deliver efficient, effective, and quality patient care. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of patients served in the unit.

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized plans of care in collaboration with healthcare teams
• Implement and evaluate care activities in accordance with BMC standards and protocols
• Document patient information accurately and efficiently
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines

• ADN or BSN degree from an accredited institution
• Oklahoma RN license (active)
• BLS certification (upon hire)
• ACLS certification (within 30 days of hire)
• PALS certification (within 30 days of hire)

• 1+ year of experience in emergency nursing
• TNCC certification

Salary: $65,000-$90,000 per year based on experience
