Job Title:
Material Handler II

Job Summary:
Aerotek is seeking a skilled Material Handler II to join our team. As a Material Handler II, you will be responsible for the safe receiving, inspection, movement, tracking, storage, and shipment of custom-made servers and components. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic warehouse environment and contribute to the success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform the safe receiving, movement, tracking, storage, and shipment of custom-made servers and components.
  • Maintain a clean, orderly work area, and perform Material Handling.
  • Process product documentation accurately; implement appropriate corrective action as needed; use MRP system to enter and retrieve accurate data.
  • Maintain product inventory by receiving, identifying, labeling, and storing product within the warehouse area in accordance with processes and procedures.
  • Ensure shipment of product within shipping deadline, maintaining contact and updates to internal facility staff.
  • Adhere to ISO procedures, Manufacturing Process Instructions (MPI), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and Lean principles.
  • Work with safety, efficiency, and accuracy as priorities always; ensure quality and safety standards are continuously followed.
  • Support the Production team as needed.
  • Report events and activities outside normal parameters to the Team Lead and assist in resolving issues acting within the operational and safety guidelines.
  • Provide feedback for workflow improvements.


Requirements:

  • 1+ Year Electric Pallet Jack
  • 3+ years' experience in a manufacturing warehouse environment
  • 2+ Years of picking small parts
  • 1+ Years of inventory /Data entry /Inventory


Work Environment:

This is a fully on-site position in RICHMOND, California. The warehouse where you will be working is pretty small. You will be dealing with a lot of delicate and expensive products so attention to detail is extremely important.
