Job Title: Lead Cleaner

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Cleaner to join our team at Maid Right. As a Lead Cleaner, you will be responsible for cleaning residential and light commercial properties, as well as leading cleaning teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Clean residential and light commercial properties in a timely and efficient manner
  • Lead a team of two cleaners and ensure that all cleaning duties are completed thoroughly and to our clients' satisfaction
  • Communicate with clients and provide exceptional customer service
  • Train new cleaners on our Maid Right cleaning system and ensure that all cleaners are meeting our high standards
  • Assist with customer retention and drive revenue through converting to recurring cleaning services
  • Maintain equipment and cleaning supplies

Requirements:

  • Some experience in cleaning or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to train and lead a team

Compensation: $18.00 per hour
