**Highlands-Cashiers Hospital: A Leader in Patient Care**
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse - FT - Mixed - ER to join our team at Highlands-Cashiers Hospital. As a leader in patient care, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on the lives of our patients and their families.

Your Role:**
You will be responsible for providing leadership which facilitates the delivery of professional nursing care for the comfort and well-being of patients. This will involve utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to provide, delegate, supervise and document care and teaching of patients and family. You will also implement medically prescribed interventions.
Requirements:
- Preferred Experience: One year hospital nursing experience
- Required Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing or enroll in a BSN or advanced degree program and obtain a BSN within 5 years of hire date into RN position. Grandfathering will be accepted between departments and Mission Health entities.
- Required License/Certifications: Must have and maintain current licensure as registered nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing. eNLC (Enhanced Nurse License Compact) license may apply, licensee should confirm with NCBON

What We Offer:
Our hospital offers a competitive salary, with an estimated annual salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
