Salary and Benefits

The annual salary for this position is estimated to be $30,500 - $33,500, based on industry standards and qualifications. Job Description

This Early Childhood Development Educator will play a crucial role in implementing our STREAMin3 Curriculum and creating an environment that inspires young children to be curious and enhance their love of learning. The ideal candidate will be positive, approachable, and professional in interactions with parents/guardians, staff, students, and community members.

Responsibilities
  1. Implement STREAMin3 Curriculum along with activities that support the whole child
  2. Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all children
  3. Communicate effectively with families about their child's development
  4. Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all student information
  5. Respect families' beliefs and values

The successful candidate will also work collaboratively to create an environment that inspires young children to be curious and enhance their love of learning, implement routines and activities that engage children and positively impact their overall development, and honor the individual skills, needs and interests of each child to allow for successful growth through hands-on and play-based learning.
