Elwyn Adult Behavioral Health Services is seeking a skilled Lead Clinician to provide intensive treatment, rehabilitation, and supportive services for individuals experiencing multiple life challenges.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Complete substance abuse assessments for all clients
* Integrate a variety of treatment modalities and clinical interactions
* Facilitate dual diagnosis treatment group on an as-needed basis, focusing on education/motivation, relapse prevention, and evidence-based practices
* Assess mental health status, safety, and any potential medication contraindication

**Qualifications, Education, and Experience:**

* Master's degree required
* Licensed in the state of Massachusetts: LCSW, LICSW, LMHC
* 3+ years in a leadership or management position
* Experience in behavioral health or working with individuals with mental health conditions preferred

**Service Coordination and Therapy:**

* Provides service coordination for an assigned group of clients, including coordination and monitoring the activities of the individual treatment team (ITT)
* Assumes primary responsibility for developing, writing, implementing, evaluating, and revising the overall Community Service Plan in collaboration with the client and ITT
* Provides therapy utilizing evidence-based practices (i.e., CBT-P, CBT, DBT, CAMS, MI), symptom management, ensuring immediate changes are made in the Community Service Plan as clients' needs change
* Educates and supports clients' families, and advocates for clients' rights and preferences

**Additional Responsibilities:**

* Participation in Department of Mental Health contract monitoring meetings
* Provides on-call crisis intervention covering nighttime hours and serves as a backup to evening and weekend staff
* Demonstrated strong time management and organizational skills
* Demonstrated ability to anticipate future needed changes or identify problem areas and take effective actions
* Must possess excellent customer interaction, collaboration, presentation, and written and verbal communication
* Must have a current, valid driver's license in the state of residence, three (3) years driving experience in the United States, and an acceptable driving record
