Dartmouth Health seeks a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Short Stay Unit. As a Clinical Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with the healthcare team to achieve optimal outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, and develop individualized plans of care.
- Practice critical thinking and the nursing process to anticipate and recognize changes in patient status.
- Advocate for patients and uphold their autonomy in decision-making.
- Engage in the governance of practice and prioritize time to optimize patient outcomes.
- Actively seek feedback and improve performance.
Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited Nursing Program required.
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) with 1 year of experience.
- Associate Degree (ADN) prepared nurses with 2 years' experience.
- Licensed Registered Nurse with New Hampshire eligibility.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certificate required upon hire.
