Job Title: Airport Ground Support Agent

About the Role:

The Airport Ground Support Agent will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient movement of aircraft on the ground, while providing excellent customer service to airline passengers and crew members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Loading and unloading baggage and cargo from aircraft
  • Parking and dispatching aircraft, including marshalling, pushback, wing walking, chocking, and cone placement
  • Operating ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and lavatory service units
  • Providing water and lavatory service to aircraft
  • Cleaning the aircraft cabin
  • Aircraft deicing
  • Performing Foreign Object Damage (FOD) checks
  • Assisting passengers with wheelchairs and other mobility aids
  • Coordinating with the ramp team to ensure smooth airport operations
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

  • 18 years of age
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
