Required Education and Experience

+ Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering with a minimum of three (3) years of relevant IT experience, or

+ Associate's Degree in a related field with at least five (5) years of IT experience, or

+ High School Diploma/GED accompanied by a minimum of seven (7) years of IT experience.

Relevant Work Experience

+ At least five (5) years of professional experience in a technical role focused on the deployment and operation of fully integrated enterprise asset management systems.

+ Proficient in the Maximo integration framework, technical design of business applications, and implementation of MAS 8.x DevOps. Experience within a utility sector is advantageous.

+ Skilled in data import and migration processes related to Maximo, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of data transferred from legacy systems.

+ In-depth knowledge of Maximo 8.x versions, with advanced proficiency in Java and SQL.

+ Expertise in the Maximo Integration Framework (MIF) is essential.

+ Familiarity with business process management through workflow design and management is required.

+ Capability to translate functional requirements into technical specifications, including the configuration, customization, and development of interfaces.

+ Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services is necessary.

+ Knowledge of IT infrastructure and application development principles is expected.

+ Must demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic business environment, with the ability to shift priorities as organizational needs evolve.

Skills and Abilities

+ Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills are required.

Licenses and Certifications

+ A valid Driver's License is mandatory.

Physical Demands

+ Ability to sit or stand while using a keyboard, mouse, and computer throughout the workday.

Additional Physical Requirements

+ Must be prepared to respond to company emergencies by performing System Emergency Assignments to restore service.

+ Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as hard hats, gloves, and safety shoes must be worn when necessary.
