Job Summary: As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at IntelyCare, you will provide high-quality nursing care to residents in post-acute facilities. Your responsibilities will include measuring and monitoring vital signs, observing residents' conditions, and reporting any concerns to the nursing team. You will also assist with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene, mobility, and toileting, and support residents with meal service and mobility.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide nursing care to residents in post-acute facilities
Measure and monitor blood pressure and other vital signs
Observe the conditions of residents during your shift and report any concerns to the nursing team
Assist with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene, mobility, and toileting
Support residents with meal service and mobility

Requirements:

Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift and move residents as needed
