Job Description:
We are seeking a Lead Verification Specialist to join our team at SpaceX. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies and develop next-generation FPGA and ASICs for our Starlink program.

About the Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of verification strategies for our FPGA and ASIC designs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our designs meet the highest standards of performance, reliability, and functionality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute test plans, including writing and reviewing test cases, developing test harnesses, and executing test sequences.
  • Design and implement verification environments, including constrained random verification and functional coverage analysis.
  • Collaborate with engineers to identify and resolve design issues.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
  • At least 8 years of experience in design verification and test bench development.
  • Advanced knowledge of object-oriented programming and scripting languages, such as Python.
  • Experience with verification methodologies like UVM/OVM/VMM.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teams.

Compensation and Benefits:
This role comes with a competitive salary range of $160,000 - $220,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, vision, and dental coverage, 401(k) retirement plan, short & long-term disability insurance, life insurance, paid parental leave, and various other discounts and perks.
